Trevor Place runs south of Knightsbridge, parallel to Trevor Square. This street is extremely convenient for both the shops in Knightsbridge and Hyde Park.
It consists mainly of four-storey Georgian houses (plus basement), partly or wholly stuccoed. The southern part of the street contains the old Harrods depositary building which has recently been converted into flats.
On the west side of the street, at the northern end, there is a modern development of terraced houses on four floors (plus basement). The are of a slightly unusual design, with protruding windows at first and second floor level. Adjacent to this terrace is the rather unusual No. 37 Trevor Place which has a flat roof, fronted by a balustrade of small columns.
On the east side of Trevor Place is a narrow pedestrian passageway with traditional lamps leading into Trevor Square.
