This square runs between Herbert Crescent and Pont Street.
There is a central communal garden with many mature trees. Most of the buildings are five and six storey red brick Edwardian mansion blocks although the east side of the street consists of a more modern 1960’s style block of flats. The east side also has the famous Hill House School.
On the south side of the gardens is an unusual pink marble water fountain with a 4ft column placed on top which looks rather like a chimney.
The central garden is particularly private due to an abundance of shrubbery just inside the perimeter.
