Cadogan Place
Cadogan Place consists mainly of a terrace of large, five-storey stucco buildings with basement. The buildings look out onto a large communal garden which borders Sloane Street. The garden is one of the finest garden squares in the area. On the north side is the famous Carlton Tower Hotel. Cadogan Place is remarkably quiet due to the many mature trees in the communal garden which block the sound of traffic on Sloane Street. The south side of Cadogan Place consists of some buildings which are completely stucco and others which are brick from first floor upwards. The buildings have first floor wrought iron balconies and some have an unusual small protruding small solid style awning and first floor level.
