We are trying to provide a website which will

• give sellers information about good local estate agents, so they can find good agents to act for them
• give local estate agents a platform for letting potential sellers know about sales they have achieved in the sellers' own street or building, and their expertise in a particular area.
• give sellers information about recent sale prices achieved in their street or their block of flats
• give potential buyers detailed information about the streets and buildings where they may be buying
• give local residents information about the best local services and facilities.

The site isn't complete yet, so please bear with us, but we hope you will find it useful.

Nothing is pefect, so I would certainly appreciate any comments or suggestions for improving the site.
